Welcome to Mentharo, your premier provider of personal growth and mindset training courses at mentharo.top. By accessing or using any services, info products, or goods offered by Mentharo, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Services

1.1 Description

Mentharo offers live and recorded personal growth coaching sessions, workshops, and mindset training programs (collectively, "Services").

1.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may schedule Services through our site or by contacting us. Rescheduling is permitted one time per session if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests for rescheduling should be sent via Contact Us.

1.3 Payment

Payment for Services is due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major methods of payment as indicated during checkout.

1.4 Refund Policy for Services

All refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service. To request a refund, contact our support team via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of approval. If a session is canceled by Mentharo, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. No refunds are available for Services that have commenced or for no-shows.

2. Info Products

2.1 Description

Info Products include digital courses, e-books, and recorded workshops provided by Mentharo.

2.2 Access

Access to Info Products is granted immediately after purchase.

2.3 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2.4 Refund Policy for Info Products

Digital Info Products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, submit your request via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. No refunds are issued after the 7-day period or if access exceeds 20% of the content.

3. Physical Goods

3.1 Description

Physical Goods include any tangible materials sold on mentharo.top.

3.2 Shipping and Delivery

Physical Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location.

3.3 Payment

Payment in full is required before shipment.

3.4 Refund Policy for Physical Goods

You may return undamaged Physical Goods within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be sent to our facility at 100 Queen’s Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6, Canada. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via Contact Us for assistance.

4. Modifications

Mentharo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on mentharo.top with an updated effective date.
